Ed Whiting, Jazz Vocalist

Edward Whiting is a jazz/standards singer extraordinare. From his early days in Canada where he hosted his own radio show, to a stint in Las Vegas with composer John Leccia, to his move to Los Angeles where sang for Skylark and worked with world renowned record producer David Foster and wrote and recorded with many noted music stars, Ed Whiting has been vocalizing and writing pop and jazz music for 40 years.

Ed now performs as a single musician, either playing solo jazz guitar or accompanying his vocals with guitar. He sings a wide variety of music, jazz, standards, Latin and romantic ballads. His silky voice and vocal abilities have been compared to the late great Mel Torme. Ed sings songs by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Tony Bennett to name a few. He also has many great pop tunes in his repertoire.

Ed's music is perfect for any event where classy, sophisticated vocal/guitar music is required.
