Introducing Guy Hawke:

Los Angeles drummer Guy Hawke follows a famous legacy. His father was legendary jazz drummer Ted Hawk, who played with the who's who of the jazz world. Guy is a fixture in the local Los Angeles jazz scene and has himself played with many, many noted jazz players and recording artists - the who's who of jazz musicians working in LA.

Too his credit Guy has played with the following recording artists - jazz guitarists Phil Upchurch, Ron Eschete and Ron Affif and Ron Anthony, keybordsists Theo Saunders, Milcho Leviev, Bill Fulton, Frank Strazzeri, Larry Williams, Tom Garvin and Gerald Wiggins, bass players, Dave Carpenter, Ernie McDaniels, Luther Hughes, Dave Enos and Dave Stone, Saxman Buddy Arnold, jazz vocalists Barbara Morrison and Polly Podwell along with the the big bands of Art Depew and Buddy Childers. Other recording artists include Lester McFarland, Roy Wiggins and Woody James.
